Flame chart

The temperature of a sauna, where we procede an aromatic therapy, doesn’t indicate its whole intensity. Therefore we have invented a flame chart as orientation for you.

This should make it easier für you to choose the appropriate aromatic therapy, since some of our therpies require more sauna experience and fitness than others. Feel free to choose your aromatic therapy according to your requirements and state of health.

It might be a goal to grow in terms of intensity from visit to visit.

After every aromatic therapy we recommend:
Go for a blow for a few minutes, then take a cold shower and finally spent some time in our cool outdoor pool.

12 golden sauna rules

1	Access only with valid sauna bracelet.
2	Shower before and after having a sauna.
3	No swimwear in the sauna area.
4	As long as you are not in a sauna cabin please wear a bathrobe or large towel.
5	Put a towel under your feet and bottom in the sauna cabin.
6	Leave your slippers outside of the sauna cabin.
7	Keep quiet in the sauna cabin.
8	Aromatic therapy is only performed by our employees.
9	Using cell phones or cameras is not allowed in the whole sauna area, same as shaving, nail cutting, hair dyeing, e.g.
10	Always shower before entering a pool or whirlpool.
11	Caresses, beyond kissing, are not appropriate.
12	Reserving a divan bed is not permitted. Our employees are instructed to remove towels, bags, e.g.
